Yard Greetings® are customized, lightweight, plastic characters and jumbo plastic alphabet letters and numbers that are put on the lawn, in cubicles, or just about anywhere. They are used for just about any conceivable type of occasion including: Birthdays, Over the Hill Surprises, Graduations, Celebrations, Family Reunions, Company Picnics, Advertising/Promotions, Engagements, and more! Yard Greetings are best used as rental items that are typically either picked up or delivered to the customer and setup.
All of our products are made to order in Michigan. Because of this, orders can sometimes take from a few days to four weeks or so depending the order that is being placed and how many orders we are currently working on. If an order is needed quickly, it is best to contact us by phone or email and ask what our current production time is.
We will accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order providing the letters, numbers, characters, or packages have not been used; this includes inserting the stakes into the plastic. If the order is received and during inspection the products appear to be used or the h-stake had been previously inserted into the plastic, no refund will be provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to box up the item(s) securely and ship the item(s) to: Milco MFG, LLC., 41326 Vincenti Court, Novi, MI. 48375. Once the items have been received, inspected, and approved for a refund, Milco MFG, LLC. will refund the the total amount, minus the shipping cost, to the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This protects the digital prints from scratching and gives the digital prints additional UV protection from the sun.
When deciding how much to rent out your Yard Greetings® for, there is a variety of factors to consider. The standard of living in your city or state is a good place to start. Is it a higher income and higher cost area that can warrant a higher rental price on your Yard Greetings®? How many other Yard Greeting® companies are in your area and what are they charging? While this is a factor to consider, always be careful not to drop the price below your competitors to try to capture business. It is an unnecessary method to fight solely on price.
We use the average of $100 rentals in our income potential models but this is only an average starting point. Additional charges can be applied for night-time delivery, multiple days, and distance traveled.
Yard Greetings® were designed to be setup easily by the rental company staff or for pickup by the paying customer. They are lightweight and a snap to setup.
