This package includes a total of 15 corrugated plastic black and white “wacky” DIRECT TO PRINT letters that spell CONGRATULATIONS and 15 h-stakes.  Made of high quality, weather durable corrugated plastic.  The color is printed directly onto the white corrugated plastic.  H-Stakes Included. Approximately 23 Inches Tall.

What is a direct to print letter?  It is where the color or graphic is printed directly onto the corrugated plastic.  Direct to print letters scratch easier than solid color or vinyl faced letters.  For durability, solid color and vinyl faced letters are more scratch resistance.
